College of Earth & Mineral Sciences

The College of Earth & Mineral Sciences works toward creating a community of scholars for women and underrepresented minorities. We encourage professional groups that are supportive of women and underrepresented students growth and development as scholars. These and other strategies are in place to encourage women and underrepresented minorities to stay in the STEM disciplines.
