It is important for you to determine if Penn State UBMS is for you. If you can answer “yes” to all of the UBMS statements below, then the UBMS program might be the place for you:

I want to go to college.
I want to pursue math and/or science-related studies and careers.
I am committed to doing my best academically.
I am willing to do what is expected of me to be a better student and person.
I can and will come to the 6-week summer academy (June-July 2010 at the University Park Campus) until I graduate from high school.

You will need to complete Both Part I (Online Application) & *Part II (Downloadable PDF documents) to be considered.

*Part II including Teacher Recommendation forms (PDF documents) must be printed clearly, signed, and mailed to the UBMS office along with required paperwork.

Please note: Application will not be considered until signed application and required paper work is provided to the office.
