Mission: The York Spanish American Centere’s (YSAC) Mission is to assist the Hispanic Community of York to fully participate in and become an integral part of the larger community while preserving their Latino culture; to promote Hispanic self-sufficiency and independence; and to encourage and support the greater participation of the Hispanic community in public and private enterprise. The center’s goal is to assist and empower the Latino population of York.
