Mission: The Crispus Attucks Center for Employment and Training’ mission is to empower York area residents, especially York City and surrounding counties to promote self-sufficiency through training, education, counseling and job placement. The C.A.C.E.T is open to everyone. Special attention is directed toward the economically and socially challenged, minorities and the un-skilles and under skilled.

- E.L.E.C.T (Education Leading to Employment and Career Training) – Offers G.E.D classes, parenting skills, nutrition workshops, healthy decision making workshops, career explorations, teen discussion groups, peer mentoring and case management to teen mother to keep them in school or enroll them in a G.E.D program until they graduate.
