A description and explanation of the academic adjustment letter, which is given to an instructor by a student to request their classroom accommodations.
Commonly Utilized Accommodations:
A list and description of commonly utilized accommodations in the classroom.
Syllabus Statement:
A suggested statement to include in all syllabi given to students by instructors at Penn State.
Sample of the Rights and Responsibilities Form:
This form is included with every accommodation letter given to students. It outlines the rights and responsibilities of students receiving accommodations and the rights and responsibilities of instructors providing accommodations.
