The nomination deadline for the Outstanding Service Award and the Ally Recognition Award is Friday, March 21, 2008.
The awards will be presented at the Penn State Rainbow Awards reception on Friday, April 18, 2008, 3:30 p.m., in the Auditorium of the HUB-Robeson Center.

Outstanding Service Award
Each year the commission recognizes the contributions of an individual
within the University community who has shown outstanding service regarding
lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) concerns. If you know of someone
who is an active participant in improving the climate at Penn State, please
consider nominating him/her for the Outstanding Service award.
If you are interested in nominating someone for the Outstanding Service

Ally Recognition Award
The Ally Recognition award is presented to an individual within the University
community who is identified as an ally of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ)
community and has shown outstanding service regarding LGBTQ concerns.
If you know of someone who is an ally to the community, please consider
nominating him/her for the Ally Recognition award.
