MRC Academic Reception for First-Year Students - Photo Gallery
For a number of years, MRC sponsored a reception for students who achieved an exceptionally high grade-point-average during their first fall semester at Penn State. Students' achievements were recognized by unique representatives from the university. In addition, students were given an opportunity to discuss academic and extra-curricular programs that were available for high achievers. This event was discontinued by the MRC after the spring 2003 semester. A similar event is now organized by the college multicultural representatives and coordinators. The photo gallery below contains images from two of those receptions.
